There is a waterproof insulated membrane inside the glove that is coated with teflon, which prevents oil and grease from absorbing into the glove. 

Pleated expansion across the knuckles of these gloves allows for expansion and freedom of movement when participating in outdoor activities. Featuring anti-slip grip dots and a sensitive trigger finger, these gloves provide an enhanced grip on your weapon.
